Full Return & Refund Policy

At Kona Pure, we’re committed to quality, wellness, and caring for the ocean. Our electrolytes are packaged in plastic-free, eco-friendly materials that protect the planet but can sometimes be more delicate in shipping. We kindly ask for your understanding that small dents, scuffs, or imperfections in the outer packaging will not affect the product inside — and are not considered grounds for replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged in a way that affects the product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Email support@konapure.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.
  • Once verified, we’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Orders

  • If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We’ll ship the correct item right away, and may ask you to return the incorrect one (at our expense).

Returns & Exchanges

  • For health and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned.
  • Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was our mistake.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return or verifying the issue.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable except when we are at fault.
