At Kona Pure, every order ships directly from Hawaiʻi, where our electrolytes are crafted in small batches using deep ocean minerals. We appreciate your patience and understanding as shipping from the islands can take a little longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size.
  • Delivery times vary based on destination:
    • Hawaiʻi: 2–3 business days
    • U.S. Mainland: 5–10 business days
    • International: We do not ship internationally at this time. 
  • Please note: shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or weather conditions.

Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.
  • We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

Plastic-Free Packaging & Handling

  • We proudly use plastic-free, eco-friendly packaging that’s better for the ocean and planet. While it’s sturdy enough to protect your order, it may show some wear in transit. Minor scuffs or dents do not affect the product quality.

Shipping Issues

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check your tracking number.
  • For lost, damaged, or missing shipments, contact us at aloha@konapure.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
